BECOME AWARE + CAPTURE
Painful emotions or thoughts are normal, but to allow them to control our quality of life and mental health - should not be. This is the green light to begin utilising "The Freedom Process". In STEP 1 - we look at WHO or WHAT is making us feel these low vibrational emotions (such as depression, anger, sadness etc) and start to correct the pain of a limited viewpoint that causes us harm by writing them on paper in short sentences to stop the mind and focus on 'fixing' our specific issue.

TARGET + TRUTH
In STEP 2 - we choose just one of our written down thoughts, with the aim of deciphering the difference between "what the mind believes is true" vs. "what is ACTUALLY true". When we understand that our mind is just a collection of previously learned or experienced 'experiences stored' - we begin to understand how "unconsciously" only a story in our heads has been controlling us and thus - the way we are feeling.

INVERT + RELEASE
In the final STEP 3 - we (from a self loving space) can choose to invert (or flip around) the thought we had which caused us the stress. This allows us to be able to see there is "another way that we can choose" at any time - to prove that belief in a painful thought, doesn't have to be the way it is. As we see the same painful thought in a different way, our consciousness expands and releases us from the self-inflicted pain of our learned limits.
